阳离子氟化表面施胶剂的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

在H2O2-FeSO4双组分氧化还原体系中,以酶改性淀粉为主链,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯腈(AN)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(HMAM)、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DM)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(FM)为单体,通过自由基聚合制备了一种阳离子氟化表面施胶剂;研究了HMAM、DM、FM单体用量对施胶效果的影响.实验结果表明:当HMAM、DM、氟单体用量分别为胶乳的3%wt、0.6%wt、0.4%wt时施胶度最高,当胶乳用量为施胶液的0.4%wt时,施胶性能最佳,并通过静态接触角和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其施胶性能进行了表征.%  Cationic fluorinated surface sizing agent was prepared by the radical polymerization with the cassava starch modified with enzyme as one of main raw materials, styrene(St), butylacrylate (BA), acrylonitrile (AN), N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (HMAM), methacrylate dimethyl amino ethyl (DM) and dodecafluoro-heptyl methacrylate (FM) as monomers in H2O2-FeSO4 oxidation-reduction initiator system. The influence of monomer dosages of HMAM, DM and FM on the sizing effect of the emulsion was studied. The experimental results demonstrate that HMAM, DM and FM dosage are separately 3%wt, 0.6%wt, 0.4%wt of emulsion and application performance shows the best behavior when the dosage of surface sizing agent is 0.4%wt. The performance of surface sizing agent was characterized with static contact angle and SEM.
