Physical indexes such as basis weight, thickness, bulk, iflling value, moisture content, and tensile strength in paper-process reconstituted tobacco around dip-immersion coating process were determined. Particularly, crosswise and lengthways strain rate was analyzed. The results showed that basis weight, thickness and moisture content of coated sheet are higher than uncoated sheet, while iflling value, bulk and tensile strength are lower than uncoated sheet. The length and width both increase after dip-immersion coating process. The crosswise and lengthways strain rate vary from 3.8% to 5.2% and 5.3% to 6.3%, respectively.%对造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中,涂布前后纸基的定量、厚度、松厚度、填充值、平衡含水率和抗张强度等物理指标进行对比分析,并重点考察了涂布前后纸基的横向和纵向拉伸率。结果表明:涂布后纸基与涂布前相比,定量、厚度、平衡含水率增加,填充值、松厚度和抗张强度下降;纸基的长度和宽度都有所增加,横向和纵向拉伸率变化范围分别为3.8%~5.2%和5.3%~6.3%。
