温肾健脾化饮汤用于腹泻型肠易激综合征患者治疗中的临床效果

摘要

目的：分析温肾健脾化饮汤用于腹泻型肠易激综合征患者治疗中的临床效果。方法60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,根据随机方法划分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,研究组采用温肾健脾化饮汤治疗。分析对比两组治疗效果。结果对照组显效16例、有效8例、无效6例,对照组总有效率为80.0%；研究组显效20例、有效9例、无效1例,研究组治疗总有效率为96.7%；研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.0431,P<0.05)。结论对患者采用治疗方法,效果显著,值得患者信赖,并在临床医学上大力推广使用。%ObjectiveTo analyze clinical effect of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated with Wenshen Jianpi Huayin soup.MethodsA total of 60 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional method for treatment, and research group received Wenshen Jianpi Huayin soup for treatment. Clinical effect was analyzed and compared in two groups.ResultsThe control group had 16 excellent cases, 8 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 80.0%, and research group had 20 excellent cases, 9 effective cases and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 96.7%. The research group had higher total treatment effective rate than control group, and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=4.0431,P<0.05).ConclusionWenshen Jianpi Huayin soup shows significant effect in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and is creditable for patients, so this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
