Objective To observe curative effect by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets (oxycontin) in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods A total of 146 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain received oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets for treatment. Initial dosage for moderate pain was 10 mg/12 h, and that for severe pain was 20 mg/12 h. Pain scores in patients were taken by dynamic evaluation, and continuous titration lasted till pain score<3 points. Treatment for patients lasted at least for 14 d. Curative effects were observed. Results Among the 146 patients, there were 94 cases with complete pain remission, 41 cases with remarkable remission, and 6 cases with moderate remission. Their total pain remission rate was 96.6%, along with higher quality of life score than that before treatment (P<0.01). Main adverse reactions included constipation, nausea and vomiting. Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets is safe and effective in treating moderate and severe cancer pain. It can improve quality of life in patients, and it is worth promoting.%目的：观察盐酸羟考酮控释片(奥施康定)治疗中重度癌痛的疗效。方法146例中重度癌痛患者给予盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗,中度疼痛初始剂量10 mg/12 h,重度疼痛初始剂量20 mg/12 h,动态评估患者疼痛评分并滴定至疼痛评分<3分。每例患者至少治疗14 d。观察疗效。结果146例患者,疼痛完全缓解94例,明显缓解41例,中度缓解6例,总疼痛缓解率为96.6%,生活质量评分较治疗前提高(P<0.01),主要不良反应为便秘、恶心呕吐等。结论盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛安全有效,可以提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
