cqvip:Family planning work is related to every household.In essence,it is the grassroots work.So it needs active support and broad participation of the public.At the grass-roots level,especially in villages,social autonomy function has been well developed,providing a broad space and good foundation for family planning association to guide the development of the self-government of family planning at the grass-roots level.
