乙二胺改性聚乳酸的直接熔融缩聚法合成研究

         

摘要

采用直接熔融缩聚法将乙二胺对乳酸预聚体进行改性.探讨了反应温度、催化剂类型及用量、反应时间对产物摩尔质量的影响,并用红外光谱和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对产物进行了表征.结果表明,在170℃反应8 h,乙二胺与乳酸的体积比为8:100,辛酸亚锡为催化剂,产物摩尔质量有了较大提高,并保持着较好的亲水性能.%Hydroxy acid pre-polymer was modified by ethylene diamine via direct melt polycondensation.Influences of the reaction temperature, catalyst type and reaction time on molecular weight were studied.The products were characterized by FTIR and DSC.The results showed that molecular weight of products greatly improved and maintained a good hydrophilic properties, under the condition of ethylene diamine and the volume of lactic acid ratio of 8∶100, stannous octoate as a catalyst, at 170 ℃ for 8 h.
