矿物增强PC/ABS合金的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

以聚碳酸酯(PC)及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为原料,研究了不同矿物填料、用量以及偶联剂用量对PC/ABS合金力学和热性能的影响.结果表明,加入复合矿粉,PC/ABS合金的弯曲模量和热性能明显提高的同时,还能够保持较高的断裂伸长率和冲击强度;高分子偶联增强剂用量在2%时,矿物增强PC/ABS合金综合力学和热性能最好.%Using polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) as raw materials, the effect of coupling agent and mineral fillers, and content on the mechanical properties and thermal property of the alloy was studied. The results showed that adding mineral powder, the bending modulus and thermal property of PC/ABS alloy can be improved, ard kept well elongation at break and impact strength. When the concentration of the coupling agent was 2%, the best mechanical properties and thermal property of PC/ABS alloy was observed.
