含β-二酮填充PVC塑料发红现象的原因与解决办法

         

摘要

二苯甲酰甲烷等β-二酮化合物由于可非常有效地改进锌基热稳定剂抑制PVC初期着色能力,大大提高其热稳定效能,现已成为高性能锌基无毒热稳定剂的关键组分.但是,β-二酮存在使填充PVC制品发红的缺点,这严重限制了β-二酮的应用范围,同时也影响了环保型锌基热稳定剂的推广.对这一问题的原因及解决进行了探讨,研究表明:(1)含β-二酮填充PVC塑料之所以会发红是因为填料中含有Fe3+,而Fe3+可与β-二酮形成红色配合物;(2)通过对β-二酮进行一种特殊的化学改性处理,可以有效减轻含β-二酮填充PVC的发红现象.%Since the β-diketone compounds such as dibenzoylmethane can greatly raise the heat stabilizing efficiency of zinc-based heat stabilizers on the initial discoloration of PVC, they have become the key component of non-toxic high-performance zinc-based heat stabilizers. But, β-diketones can cause PVC plastics containing fillers reddened. This problem has severely limits the scope of application of β-diketones, and affected the extension of the environment-friendly zinc-based heat stabilizers. In this paper, the reason and solution method for the reddening phenomenon of filled PVC plastics containing β-diketones were discussed. It was shown: (1) the reason why filled PVC plastics containing β-diketones reddened was that the fillers conrained Fe3+ and Fe3+ could formed red complexes with β-diketones; (2) the reddening phenomenon of filled PVC containing β-diketones could be effectively reduced by modifying the β-diketones with a special chemical approach.
