The results showed that using the 2. 4 viscosity nylon 6 or nylon 66 had better weld line strength than the 2. 7 viscosity nylon 6 or nylon 66; and using the same viscosity nylon 6 or nylon 66, the 10 jxm diameter glass fiber had better weld line strength than the 13 μm diameter glass fiber. With the SEM, nylon coated better on the 10 |xm diameter glass fiber.
