应用Polyflow软件对差速双螺杆挤出机螺槽内流动进行了模拟分析.差速比增大使轴向混合效果增强(体现在剪切速率、拉伸速率以及混合指数的平均值增大),横断面内剪切速率和拉伸速率变化范围减小.%Flow and mixing effect were analyzed by Polyflow simulation for differential twin screw extruder. Differential ratios increased the axis mixing effect ( which revealed in the shear rate, tensile rate and the average values of mixing index). The results showed that mixing in axis became better, the shear rate and stretch rate varied to smaller content in cross-plane.
