含甲基丙烯酸的高温发泡微球的合成及其发泡性能研究

         

摘要

The high-temperature expandable microspheres containing methacrylic acid can be successfully prepared by suspension polymerization. The methacrylic acid can greatly improve the foaming properties of the microspheres based on the traditional monomers of acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate. Through a series of analytical tests, including thermal mechanical analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis and particle size analysis, foaming properties of the microspheres were compared and analyzed. And the main factors that affect the foaming properties of the microspheres had been found. The results showed that, when the formulation containing with 0. 5 phr BPO, 20 phr isooctane, 20 phr isopentane and 0. 15 phr EGDMA, the synthesized microspheres can expand at 202. 7 ℃ with expansion ratio of 110. 8. At the same time, the expandable microspheres had good storage stability.%通过悬浮聚合法合成出了含甲基丙烯酸的高温发泡微球.在传统单体丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的基础上,加入功能性单体甲基丙烯酸提高了微球的发泡性能.通过粒径分析、热机械分析以及热失重分析等一系列分析方法对微球发泡性能进行了对比分析,最终确定了影响微球发泡性能的主要因素.结果表明:当引发剂BPO用量为0.5份,发泡剂异辛烷和异戊烷用量均为20份,交联剂EGDMA用量为0.15份时,制备出的发泡微球的最大发泡温度Tm高达202.7℃,发泡后膨胀倍率高达110.8倍.同时,发泡微球仍拥有良好的储存稳定性.
