一种PVDC复合膜的研究及其在牙膏包装中的应用

摘要

实验以黏合的方法制备了聚乙烯(PE)/聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合膜并将其运用在了牙膏包装领域,对其透湿度、氧气透过率、光泽度以及力学性能进行了研究.实验中将PVDC、PE、聚氯乙烯(PVC)分别作为中间层材料,采用胶黏剂,将印刷聚乙烯薄膜、中间层材料、白色聚乙烯薄膜依次黏合,并对其各项性能进行测试.研究表明,由胶黏剂将印刷PE薄膜、PVDC薄膜和LDPE薄膜依次黏合而成的薄膜具有最优的阻隔性和力学性能.研究所制得的包装材料具有无害的特性,在牙膏等包装领域中具有广阔的应用前景.%The polyethylene (PE)/polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC)/low-density polyethylene (LDPE) composite film was prepared by the method of adhesion.The composite film was applied in the field of toothpaste packaging.Then the humidity,oxygen transmittance,glossiness,and mechanical properties of the composite film were researched.In the experiments,PVDC film,PE film and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film were regarded as the intermediary respectively,and then PE film,the intermediary and LDPE film were boned successively by adhesive.The performance of the composite film were tested,too.The results show that:the PE/PVDC/LDPE composite film has optimal barrier and mechanical properties.The prepared packaging materials have harmless characteristics and have broad application prospect in the packaging field like toothpaste packaging.
