清肺合剂HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要

目的:建立清肺合剂的高效液相色谱指纹图谱.方法:色谱柱为Elit SinoChrom ODS-AP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为50℃,流动相为0.01％磷酸溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为330 nm.结果:建立了16批清肺合剂的对照指纹图谱,得到共有峰16个,其中对香豆酸峰为参照峰.各批次样品的指纹图谱及对照图谱间相似度高.结论:所建方法准确、简便、稳定性好,可为清肺合剂的生产和质量控制提供依据.%OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Qingfei mixture. METHODS: The optimal condition of separation and detection were achieved on an Elite SinoChrom ODS-AP (250 mm><4.6 mm, 5 um) column with mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile and 0.01% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (gradient elution) at flow rate of 1.0 mL-min'.The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.RESULTS: Control fingerprints of 16 batches of Qingfei mixture were established and 16 peaks were regarded as the characteristic peaks. The peak of p-coumaric acid was appointed as the reference peak. According to the similarity, the diversity of quality among different samples was minor. CONCLUSION: Established method is accurate, simple and stable. It provides basis for the production and quality control of Qingfei mixture.
