HS-GC法同时测定聚氯乙烯/聚偏二氯乙烯类药品包装材料中氯乙烯和偏二氯乙烯单体含量

         

摘要

Objective:To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of vinyl chloride and vinylidenechloride in drug packaging materials containing polyvinyl chloride /polyvinylidene chloride by HS-GC.Methods: A Stabilwax (30.0 m ×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) capillary column and an FID detector were adopted .The headspace equivalent temperature was 80℃for 30 min and the col-umn temperature was 40℃.The inlet temperature was 190℃and the detector temperature was 210℃.N2 was used as the carrier gas . The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 .Results: Vinyl chloride had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5-2.5 μg ( r =0.996 7), and the average recovery was 90.4%(RSD=0.9%, n=9).Vinylidenechloride had a good linear relationship within the range of 1.0-5.0 μg (r=0.999 0), and the average recovery was 90.0%(RSD=0.6%, n=9).Conclusion: The method is fast and accurate in the simultaneous determination of vinyl chloride and vinylidenechloride in drug packaging materials containing polyvinyl chloride/polyvinylidene chloride .%目的:建立聚氯乙烯/聚偏二氯乙烯类药品包装材料中氯乙烯单体和偏二氯乙烯单体含量的顶空气相色谱检测法。方法:采用Stabilwax(30.0 m ×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱,检测器为FID,顶空进样平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为30 min,柱温为40℃,进样口温度为190℃,检测器温度为210℃,载气为氮气,柱流速为1.0 ml· min-1。结果:氯乙烯在0.5~2.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9967),平均回收率为90.4%,RSD为0.9%(n=9);偏二氯乙烯在1.0~5.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为90.0%,RSD为0.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法可同时快速、准确地测定聚氯乙烯/聚偏二氯乙烯类药品包装材料中氯乙烯和偏二氯乙烯的含量。
