2010年我院中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘要

目的 分析医院中药注射剂临床使用情况,为临床合理用药与科学管理提供参考.方法 对2010年中药注射剂的使用频度进行统计分析.结果 2010年共使用4大类30个品种的中药注射剂,以理血剂为主,其余依次为清热剂、补益剂、开窍剂.结论 中药注射剂的使用趋势符合中医药治疗心脑血管疾病传统的优势,但部分中药注射剂存在过度使用现象,应关注中药注射剂临床应用的安全性.%Objective To provide evidences for clinical rational use and scientific management of the Chinese medicine injections through investigating the application status of the Chinese medicine injections in our hospital.Methods The use frequency of Chinese medicine injections was statistically analyzed by the index of DDDs.Results Four categories and 30 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections were used in our hospital in 2010, which was dominated by the blood- regulating preparations, and followed by the clearing heat preparations, tonic preparations and resuscitative preparations.Conclusion The trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital is consistent with the traditional concept that Chinese medicine has superiority in the treatment of cardiocerebrovascular diseases.But overuse of some Chinese medicine injections exists.The safety of Chinese medicine injections application should be concerned.
