循证药学原则用于指导抗感染药物治疗座疮

摘要

Objective To conduct rational administration of antibiotics in acne treatment by using the principle of evidence- based pharmacy.Methods By reviewing the pertinent literatures both at home and abroad, we evaluated the current main drugs used for acne and explored the method of using evidence- based pharmacy in clinical pharmaceutical practice. Results These application principles are helpful to guide clinical pharmacists solving problems. Conclusion Evidence- based practice in clinical pharmaceutical practice can improve the rational administration of drugs and protect patients' benefits.%目的 应用循证药学的原则指导痤疮治疗过程中杭感染药物的规范合理使用.方法 通过检索近年来国内外相关文献,对目前主要用于治疗痤疮的药物进行评价,探讨药师如何将循证药学的原则应用到临床实践中.结果 循证药学原则有助于药师解决痤疮临床药物治疗中的实际问题.结论 循证药学可以促进临床合理用药,维护患者权益,保证安全、有效、经济地用药.
