专项整治前后我院骨科Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用情况分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the status of antibacterials used in orthopedic patients with type I incision after specific rectification of antibacterials. Methods According to the relevant provisions and the evaluation standard,the rational use conditions of antibacterials before and after specific rectification of antibacterials were compared and conducted the summarizing analysis. Results After the specific rectification of antibacterials, the rational use of antibacterials in orthopedic patients with type I incision was improved significantly. The average length of stay in hospital was shortened and the average days of antibacterials use were decreased. Conclusion The specific rectification of antibacterials promotes rational, safe, effective and economical use of antibacterials in hospital.%目的 了解抗菌药物专项整治活动开展后医院骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗茵药物使用情况.方法 根据相关规定、评价标准,对比专项整治前后骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药的合理使用情况,并汇总分析.结果 抗菌药专项整治活动后,骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药的合理使用情况得到改善,缩短了住院患者的平均住院日,减少了人均使用抗菌药天数.结论 抗菌药专项整治活动,促进了医院抗菌药合理、安全、有效、经济使用.
