2007年至2010年北京儿童医院二类精神药品使用情况分析

摘要

Objective To understand the use situation of the second class psychotropic substances to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The data of the second class psychotropic substances used in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed with the indexes of the use amount sort, DDD,DDDs, etc. Results The top three of DDDs were nitrazepam, phenobarbital and diazepam. In injections, midazolam had the highest DDDs. The ordering of consumption amount changed little in these 4 years,but the use amount of midazolam injection was increased fastest. Conclusion The use structure of the second class psychotropic substances is basically reasonable,meanwhile,the safety and children physiological characteristies are fully considered.%目的 了解医院儿童使用二类精神药品的情况,为临床合理应用提供参考.方法 统计2007年至2010年二类精神药品的用量排序,采取限定日剂量法(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析.结果 DDDs列前3位的是硝西泮、苯巴比妥、地西泮,注射剂中咪达唑仑的DDDs最高.4年中用药金额排序变化不大,但在使用量上咪达唑仑注射液上升最快.结论 第二类精神药品的使用选择充分考虑了儿童的生理特点和安全性,用药结构基本合理.
