目的：观察美沙拉秦栓治疗肛窦炎的疗效、临床症状缓解时间、疾病复发情况。方法将182例肛窦炎患者随机分为两组，90例治疗组给予美沙拉秦栓塞肛，92例对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶栓塞肛。治疗4个疗程后，对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、疾病复发情况及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.11%，优于对照组的73.91%，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；治疗组肛门疼痛、肛门潮湿、肛门红肿及肛门坠胀缓解时间均短于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；随访3个月，有效病例中治疗组复发率为8.54%，低于对照组的20.59%（ P﹤0.05）。结论美沙拉秦栓治疗肛窦炎有较好的疗效，临床症状相对恢复较快，不易复发，且耐受性更佳，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of mesalazine suppository on the treatment of anal cryptitis. Methods 182 cases of outpatient anal cryptitis were randomly divided into two groups. 90 cases in the treatment group received mesalazine suppository and 92 cases in the control group received sulfasalazine suppository. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom remission, disease relapse and adverse reactions were observed after 4 treatments. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 11% and the control group was 73. 91% ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the relief time of clinical symptom in the treatment group was significantly shorter than control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , the recurrence rate was 8. 54% in the treatment group and 20. 59% in the control group, which indicated a lower recur-rence rate of the treatment group than that of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Mesalazine suppository has distinct curative effects on the treatment of anal cryptitis;clinical symptom rapidly recovered;it also had the advantages of safe and reliable, as well as low recurrence rate, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
