目的：探讨过氧化氢联合甲硝唑宫腔冲洗治疗产褥感染的临床疗效。方法将2014年1月至2015年8月收治的产褥感染患者80例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（青霉素联合氨苄青霉素常规抗感染治疗）和观察组（过氧化氢联合甲硝唑宫腔冲洗），各40例。比较两组治疗的临床疗效、发热消退时间、症状消失时间、住院时间，以及治疗期间不良反应。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗的总有效率明显增高（97.50%比85.00%，P﹤0.05），发热消退时间、症状消失时间、住院时间均明显缩短（ P﹤0.05）；治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应。结论过氧化氢联合甲硝唑宫腔冲洗能有效治疗产褥感染，具有较高的安全性，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the uterine cavity washing treatment by hydrogen peroxide combined with metron-idazole for patients with puerperal infection. Methods 80 patients with puerperal infection from Jan 2014 to Nov 2015 were divided into the control group ( routine anti-infection treatment of penicillin and ampicillin ) and the observation group ( uterine cavity washing treatment of hydrogen peroxide combined with metronidazole ) according to the random number method, 40 patients per group. The clini-cal efficacy, the fever subsided time, the symptoms disappeared time, hospitalization time, and the adverse reactions during the treatment period in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly in-creased in the observation group ( 97. 50% vs. 85. 00%,P ﹤ 0. 05 );the fever subsided time, the symptoms disappeared time and hospi-talization time were obviously reduced in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );there were no severe adverse reactions during the treatment period in two groups. Conclusion The uterine cavity washing by hydrogen peroxide combined with metronidazole can effectively treat the puerperal infection with higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
