目的 探讨医药卫生体制改革(简称新医改)环境下药学教育模式如何转变.方法 对我国药学高等教育模式进行分析和总结,并结合医院药学工作实际和发展态势,探索构建适应我国新医改的药学教育新模式.结果与结论 我国药学高等教育课程设置应重视人文学科群建设,推动教程体系模式和师资评价体系转变,加大药学实践的比重,同时要弘扬社区型教学和志愿者服务,推动药学高等教育向服务型、社会化转变,以适应患者的医疗需求.%Objective To investigate how to change the mode of pharmaceutical education under the reform of medical and health sys-tem ( new medical reform ) . Methods The new mode of pharmaceutical education adapting to the new medical reform in China was ex-plored by analyzing and summarizing the mode of higher pharmaceutical education in China and the actual situation and development trend of hospital pharmacy. Results and Conclusion We should attach importance to the construction of humanities discipline group in pharmaceutical education, promote the transformation of tutorial system mode and teacher evaluation system, increase the proportion of pharmacy practice, and promote the community teaching and volunteer services, so that achieving the transition to higher education socialization to meet the medical needs of patients.
