目的 建立测定枸橼酸铁铵中铝残留量的电感耦合-等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES).方法 检测波长为396.153 nm,高频入射功率为1.3 kW,雾化器流速为0.6 L/min,泵速为1.5 mL/min.结果 铝质量浓度在0~5.0μg/mL范围内与吸收强度线性关系良好,线性回归方程为A=847400 C-683.8,r=0.999994(n=6);平均回收率为96.19%,RSD为2.39%(n=6);检出限为0.028μg/mL,定量限为0.085μg/mL.结论 该方法迅速准确,专属性良好,灵敏度高,可用于枸橼酸铁铵铝残留量的控制.%Objective To establish an ICP-OES method for determination of aluminum residue in ferric ammonium citrate.
