静脉用药调配中心医院感染管控措施研究

摘要

目的 进一步强化医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)医院感染管理工作,实现PIVAS的感染控制由终末质量控制向环节质量控制转变,有效预防外源性医院感染的发生.方法 以手卫生、医疗废物、清洁消毒及职业暴露为PIVAS医院感染管理的风险点进行现状管控分析,明确其责任和义务.结果 医院在手卫生、医疗废物、清洁消毒方面的管控措施符合相关法律法规规定,未曾发生职业暴露事件.结论 PIVAS在手卫生、医疗废物、清洁消毒及职业暴露等方面的管控与医院感染管理密切相关.做好手卫生依从性,严格医疗废物管理,做好职业防护等工作是推进医院感染管理工作的重要措施.%Objective To further strengthen the management of hospital infection in PIVAS in our hospital,realize the infection control of PIVAS from the terminal quality control to the link quality control,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of exogenous hospital infection. Methods The present situation of hospital infection management in PIVAS in our hospital was analyzed by means of hand hygiene,medical waste,cleaning,disinfection and occupational exposure,and the responsibilities and obligations were defined. Results The management and control measures of hand hygiene,medical waste,cleaning,disinfection and occupational exposure could comply with relevant laws and regulations. There was no occupational exposure in our hospital. Conclusion The hand hygiene,medical waste,cleaning, disinfection and occupational exposure and so on work in PIVAS are closely related to hospital infection management. Good hand hygiene compliance,medical waste management,and occupational protection were important measures to promote the hospital infection management work.
