狗舌草的化学成分研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨狗舌草的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶,RP-C18,Sephadex LH-20和高效液相色谱法等色谱方法对狗舌草进行分离、纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学方法对狗舌草化学成分进行结构鉴定.结果 从狗舌草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为白杨素(chrysin,1),芹菜素(apigenin,2),山柰酚(kaempferol,3),金合欢素(acacetin,4),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5),咖啡酸乙酯(caffeic acid ethyl ester,6).结论 6个化合物均为首次从狗舌草属中分离得到.%Objective To study the chemical constituents of Tephroseris Kirilowii. Methods The silica gel, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC methods were adopted to isolate and purify the Tephroseris Kirilowii, and thechemical constituents were elucidated by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results 6 kinds of compounds were obtained and identified aschrysin(1), apigenin(2), kaempferol ( 3 ) , acacetin ( 4 ) , isorhamnetin-3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside ( 5 ) , caffeic acid ethyl ester ( 6 ) . Conclusion The 6 kinds of compounds are isolated from Tephroseris Kirilowii for the first time.
