Shanghai Petrochemical Company to Construct Pilot Project for Treating PTA Wastewater in Bio-fluidized Bed

摘要

Currently the construction of a 130 m3/h commercial test project for treating PTA related wastewater in a biofluidized bed has been commenced at the SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company(SPC).This is the first case of adopting the bio-fluidized bed technology to treat PTA related wastewater inside the Sinopec system in order to significantly remove COD in wastewater and increase the wastewater treating capacity,which can have remarkable R&D and production significance.
