Yangzi Petrochemical Company Successfully Manufactures PDEB Using Adsorptive Separation Method

Till May 29,2012 the Yangzi Petrochemical Company (YPC) has been manufacturing para-diethylbenzene (PDEB) in a 40-day period at its paraxylene(PX) demonstration unit.Currently this unit operates smoothly with the purity of PDEB reaching 99.5% to attain an internationally advanced level.
