连续管钻井电液定向器工具面角度调整分析∗

         

摘要

To address the issue of realtime tool face adjustment of coiled tubing drilling, on the basis of the design of coiled tubing drilling electro⁃hydraulic orientation tool, the real⁃time tool face adjustment approach has been analyzed�In case of drilling horizontal well with multi⁃target by coiled tubing, based on the established con⁃version relationship between geodetic coordinate system and electro⁃hydraulic orientation tool’ s local coordinate sys⁃tem, according to the tool face angle adjustment features and electro⁃hydraulic orientation tool structural parame⁃ters, the electro⁃hydraulic orientation tool face angle adjusting method has been obtained, namely control the pis⁃ton’ s reciprocating axial movement to precisely adjust the tool face angle within -180°~+180° range, and draw the relationship of tool face angle change and piston displacement�Field test results show that, under the guidance of the tool surface adjustment method, the new electro⁃hydraulic orientation tool meet the requirements of real⁃time two⁃way precision tool face adjustment, addressing the issue of low orientation efficiency of traditional directional tool�The study results could help improve the development of domestic coiled tubing drilling technology.%针对连续管钻井( CTD)过程中无法实时摆正工具面的问题,在设计CTD电液定向工具( EHO)的基础之上,分析了该工具实时调整工具面的方法。以连续管钻水平多目标井为例,在建立大地坐标系与EHO局部坐标系的空间位置变换关系基础上,根据工具面角度调整特点及电液定向工具的结构参数,得到了适合EHO控制工具面角度的调整方法,即控制活塞的往复轴向移动,使工具面角度能够在-180°~+180°范围内精确调整,并得出工具面角度变化与活塞位移的关系。现场试验结果表明,在该调整方法的指导下,新型EHO满足实时精确双向摆正工具面的要求,解决了传统定向工具定向效率低下的问题。研究结果有助于国内连续管钻井技术的发展。
