甘肃清洁发展机制项目的开发利用

摘要

Gansu is located in the northwest arid area with poor natural conditions,weak ecological system. The pillar industry of Gansu has characteristics of high pollution, high energy consumption, which accelerate the deterioration of ecological environment.CDM project can bring double benefits of economy and environment to Gansu.Based on significance of developing CDM, this paper emphatically analyzes the problems that occured in the process of CDM carbon trading.Then the paper puts forward some suggests that can improving the CDM carbon trading efficiency for Gansu province.%甘肃位于西北干旱区，生态系统脆弱，支柱产业呈现高污染、高能耗的特点。本文首先分析了甘肃开展清洁发展机制项目的意义，认为开发利用清洁发展机制项目，可以给甘肃带来经济和环境双重收益。其次着重研究了甘肃省实施清洁发展机制碳交易过程中存在的问题，并通过对问题的分析，提出了提高甘肃省清洁发展机制碳交易效率的建议。
