现场总线技术在油脂行业称重系统中的应用

摘要

The paper describes the application of Fieldbus in oil plant weighing system.In this system,the host computer is used as a master stat ion ,and each weighing device is used as a slave station.They exchange data on P ROFIBUS network.The master station collects the weight data from slave stations and monitors the working status of slave stations.The weighing control parameter s of each slave station can be set through the master station.This weighing syste m has high data transfer rate and is easy to extend and maintain.%介绍了现场总线技术在油脂行业称重系统中的应用实例，计算机作为主站，各称重设备作为从站，通过PROFIBUS总线进行高速通讯，主站实时采集各从站的称重数据，监控各从站的工作状态，并完成对从站称重控制参数的设定。本系统具有通讯速率高、扩展性好、维护方便等特点。
