2株棉酚分解菌对棉籽油脱毒效果的研究

摘要

The two strains of Bacillus mojavensis and Bacillus vallismortis separated from cotton straw were used to decompose the free gossypol in cottonseed oil.The results showed that Bacillus mojavensis and Bacillus vallismortis had certain detoxification effects,and their detoxification rates were 22.1％ and 22.2％,respectively.%以从棉花秸秆中分离得到的2株棉酚分解菌莫海威芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mojavensis)和死谷芽孢杆菌(Bacillus vallismortis)为实验菌株,对棉酚含量高的棉籽油进行脱毒实验.结果表明:莫海威芽孢杆菌和死谷芽孢杆菌对棉籽油具有一定的脱毒作用,脱毒率分别达到22.1％和22.2％.
