有机朗肯循环和卡琳娜循环在海上平台低温余热利用的性能对比

         

摘要

海上采油平台能量消耗大,低温余热资源丰富,节能潜力巨大,其中低温烟气和低温生产水是2种最主要的余热资源.通过流程模拟,建立了基于低温烟气和低温生产水的循环模型并进行了参数影响分析,对比研究了有机朗肯循环和卡琳娜循环在海上平台低温烟气和低温生产水余热利用的性能,结果表明在2种热源情况下有机朗肯循环的性能均优于卡琳娜循环.本文研究成果可为海上平台低温余热的循环利用提供参考.%Energy consumption on offshore production platforms is enormous;on the other hand there are abundant low temperature heat resources there,hence a great potential of energy saving.The main waste heat resources are low temperature flue gas and low temperature produced water.In this paper,via process simulation,the cyclic models were established based on the waste heat resources of low temperature flue gas and low temperature produced water,with the parameters analyzed and optimized.The comparison of organic Rankine cycle and Kalina cycle in terms of energy performance in low temperature waste heat utilization was conducted,treating the flue gas and produced water as heat resources.The results show that organic Rankine cycle is superior to Kalina cycle in both cases.The results of this paper can be a reference for the cyclic utilization of low-temperature waste heat on offshore platforms.
