汞柱式血压计和电子血压计在血压测量中的效果对比

摘要

目的：探究汞柱式血压计和电子血压计测量血压的效果，为准确评估血压提供有效依据。方法选取2014年1~8月来本院就诊的192例患者作为研究对象，按照测量血压仪器的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用电子血压计测量血压，对照组采用汞柱式血压计，观察并比较两组患者测得的血压值。结果两组测得的血压值比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论汞柱式血压计和电子血压计测得的血压值无差异，但电子血压计测定血压的前景更好，利于家庭自测血压，更方便、快捷，有助于提高患者治疗的依从性。%Objective To explore the effect of mercury sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometer to mea-sure blood pressure to provide an effective basis for an accurate assessment of blood pressure. Methods 192 patients treated in our hospital from January to August 2014 were selected as the research object.According to the different blood pressure measurement instrument,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,pa-tients in the observation group were measured blood pressure by electronic sphygmomanometer,while the control group were measured blood pressure by mercury sphygmomanometer.The blood pressure value of the two groups was observed and compared. Results There was no statistical difference of blood pressure value in the two groups (P>0.05). Con-clusion The blood pressure value measured by mercury sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometeris no dif-ference,but the prospect of the electronic sphygmomanometer measuring blood pressure is better it helps the family self testing blood pressure,more convenient and quick,and help to improve compliance of patients.
