氟化泡沫在幼儿龋齿预防中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：观察氟化泡沫预防幼儿龋齿的临床应用效果。方法选择2010年2月~2011年2月1352例幼儿为实验组,采用氟化泡沫行预防龋齿治疗,2次/年,同期将1285例未采用氟化泡沫行预防龋齿治疗的幼儿作为对照组,观察和比较两组的龋齿发生率。结果实验组龋齿发病率(38.76%)及龋均(2.7±0.3)明显低于对照组(50.19%,3.4±0.2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用氟化泡沫预防幼儿龋齿安全有效,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of fluoride foam on prevention of dental caries of early childhood. Methods 1352 cases of kindergarten children in the hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were selected as experimental group,and were treated with fluoride foam for dental caries,2 times per year,while 1285 cases of kinder-garten children who were not treated with fluoride foam for dental caries were selected as control group.The incidence of dental caries between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The incidence of dental caries and DMFT of kindergarten in experiment group (38.76%,2.7±0.3) was lower than that (50.19%,3.4±0.2) of control group,the differ-ence was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment of fluoride foam in prevention of dental caries of early child-hood is safe and effective,should worthy of clinical popularization and application.
