护理干预对海洛因成瘾合并HIV感染患者焦虑、抑郁的影响研究

摘要

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety,depression in patients with heroin ad-dict complicated with HIV infection. Methods 62 patients with heroin addict complicated with HIV infection were ran-domly divided into the study group (n=31) and control group (n=31).The two groups were given the maintenance of methadone, the study group was given the nursing intervention of one year,SAS,SDS score and the improvement of main indicators of related behavior (the time of forgetting to take drugs,steal heroin,having high-risk behavior)in the two groups were compared. Results After one year intervention,SAS sore in the study group [(33.72±10.71) points] was lower than that in the control group [(43.72±12.72) points],SDS sore in the study group [(31.72±6.14) points] was lower than that in the con-trol group [(48.82±9.12) points] (P<0.01).The time of forgetting to take drugs,steal heroin,having high-risk behavior in the study group [ (0.42±0.72),(0.38±0.83),(0.38±0.91)] was obviously fewer than that in the control group [(2.25±0.28) , (2.06±0.92) ,(2.31±052)] respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention can obviously improve the psychology of anxiety,depression in patients with heroin addict complicated with HIV infection,can make patients to enhance the con-fidence of the treatment to achieve the desired therapeutic goal.%目的：探讨护理干预对海洛因成瘾合并HIV感染患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法将62例海洛因成瘾合并HIV感染患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各31例。两组均给予美沙酮维持治疗，研究组同时接受1年的护理干预，比较两组的SAS、SDS评分，相关行为主要指标(漏服次数、偷食海洛因次数、有高危行为次数)的改善情况。结果干预1年后，研究组的SAS评分为(33.72±10.71)分，明显低于对照组的(43.72±12.72)分，SDS评分为(31.72±6.14)分，明显低于对照组的(48.82±9.12)分(P<0.01)；研究组的漏服次数、偷食海洛因次数、有高危行为次数分别为(0.42±0.72)、(0.38±0.83)、(0.38±0.91)次，明显少于对照组的(2.25±0.28)、(2.06±0.92)、(2.31±052)次(P<0.01)。结论护理干预能明显改善海洛因成瘾合并HIV感染患者的焦虑、抑郁心理，可使患者增强治疗的信心，达到预期治疗的目标。
