基于SolidWorks的机械设计基础课程设计的改革与实践

         

摘要

This paper mainly addresses the reform and practice of the course design of fundamental of mechanical design based on SolidWorks software, ie. The design of a helical cylindrical gear reducer. Traditional manual drawing is time-consuming and error-prone. The advantages of applying SolidWorks on the gear reducer include parametric design, modeling, assembly, and motional simulation, which can solve the existing shortcomings of the traditional manual and AutoCAD design. Meanwhile, dynamic simulation with SolidWorks in the classroom can bring students real visual effects, so as to attract their interest and improve the teaching quality.%运用SolidWorks三维设计软件设计机械设计基础课程(一级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器部分)是一项新的实践。传统的手工绘图费时费力,即使是AutoCAD绘图错误也不容易修改,学生缺乏与空间三维实体的关联,倍感枯燥。利用SolidWorks软件对减速器进行参数化设计,通过零件的三维建模、装配、运动仿真及动画,给学生带来了真实的视觉效果,通过三维零件的装配形象地对零件进行修改以达到正确的配合,有助于提高教学质量。
