目的 探讨益气活血法预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果.方法 选取自2016年3月～2017年12月在本院接受全髋关节置换手术住院患者60例.根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,其中观察组为全髋关节置换手术后运用益气活血法口服活血消肿汤治疗,对照组为全髋关节置换手术后口服拜阿司匹林治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 全髋关节置换术后,观察组优良率及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 运用益气活血法预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,是一种较理想的治疗手段.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation in preventing deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 60 inpatients undergoing total hip replacement surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group. There were 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation by taking activating blood circulation and diminishing swelling decoction after total hip arthroplasty, and the control group was treated with administrating Asprin orally after total hip replacement. Compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results After total hip arthroplasty, the excellent and good rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The use of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty is an ideal treatment.
