针对东方煤矿2111轻放工作面开切眼的煤质松软和支护情况,提出了采用锚杆索支护控制大断面围岩的思路.采用理论分析、计算机数值模拟和工程类比的方法,分析了锚杆索支护的作用机理,并进一步指出采用该技术可以有效及时抑制巷道围岩塑性区的发展,减小巷道表面位移量,实现巷道围岩在服务器内的稳定.现场应用实践表明,在开切眼采用锚杆索支护方式能够较好地控制巷道断面收敛,从而加快工作面安装速度,实现工作面的高产高效.%Based on the situation of support and soft coal at the starting cut in longwall top-coal caving mining,the support technology of net and cable anchor was drawn out. By use of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation, the mechanism of support of net and cable anchor was analyzed, then pointed out that this technology can depress the expansion of fracture zone and plastically deforming area in surrounding rock of road, reduce the surface displacement of road, and then take the stability into reality. The practical results have shown that the support technology of net and cable anchor used at the starting cut can control the reduction of cross-sectional area, then the preliminary robbing time will be earlier and the workface will be high-output and high efficient face.
