黑龙江省东部四煤城金融生态环境优化研究:基于煤电化基地建设的视角

摘要

在对金融生态环境影响区域经济发展的作用机制进行阐述的基础上,结合目前黑龙江省东部鸡西、鹤岗、双鸭山、七台河四煤城煤电化基地建设中存在的问题,对四煤城金融生态环境现状进行分析,最后提出四煤城优化金融生态环境、确保煤电化基地建设的对策建议.%Based on the analysis of the influence of financial ecological environment on the regional economy, combined with the problems existing in the construction of the coal electrochemical bases in the four coal cities(Jixi city,Hegang city,Shuangyashan city,Qitaihe city)in the east of Heilongjiang province, this paper analyzes the financial ecological environment of the four coal cities,then points out the problems existing in it,and it puts forward some countermeasures with which the four coal cities can optimize their financial ecological environment and further ensures the construction of the coal electrochemical base in these cities.
