Hematite and limonite's dissemination size was fine in red iron ore,limonite disseminated in clay and apatite,so this ore was hard to dissociate completely and belong to complex and refractory ore. On ore properties and through experimental study on mineral processing,the iron ore concentrate of 54. 72% Fe was obtained with the recovery of 53. 03%.%云南东川萝卜地红矿铁矿物中,赤铁矿、褐铁矿粒度细小,褐铁矿与黏土矿物、磷灰石混杂相嵌,完全解离困难,属复杂难选矿石.针对该矿石性质特点,选矿试验采用“重选-高梯度强磁选”工艺流程,获得了产率37.12％、铁品位54.72％和铁回收率53.03％的铁精矿.
