一种开卷校平落料线电气系统的设计与实现

摘要

Taking the decoiling-leveling-blanking production line from one stamping factory under FAW as an example,the electric scheme design and realization mode of the above machine have been analyzed briefly in the text.The application of PLC and AC servo system in the blanking system has been mainly analyzed.The typical,advance,and scientific & proper characteristics of this kind of machine have been analyzed.%本文结合一汽集团某冲压件厂引进的开卷校平落料线,简要分析该设备的电气方案设计及其实现手段,重点分析可编程控制器、交流伺服系统在落料生产线中的应用,并对此类设备的典型性、先进性、科学合理性进行简要分析.
