抗菌药物合理应用专项治理效果评价

摘要

目的 评价北京市通州区中医医院抗菌药物合理应用专项治理效果.方法 利用医院信息系统,对2011年与2012年抗菌药物品种、金额、用药频度、使用率、使用强度进行对比分析评价.结果 与2011年相比,2012年门诊及出院总人次增加45.74％(548 125人次到798 814人次),抗菌药物品种下降21.95％(41种到32种),使用强度下降18.84％(56.63％到5.96％),住院抗菌药物使用率下降10.28％(59.91％到49.63％),用药频度下降0.15％(397 871.19到397 288.16),使用金额上升9.30％(1141.17万元到1247.32万元).结论 通过专项整治活动,抗菌药物合理使用已取得一定的效果,但仍存在差距.%Objective To evaluate the application situations of antimicrobial drugs before and after the special campaign in our hospital.Methods The types of the antimicrobial drugs,the amount of money,defined daily dose,use rate and density in 2011 and 2012 were compared and analyzed using the hospital informational system.Results The number of outpatients increased to 45.74％.The types of antimicrobial drugs reduced to 21.95％.The use density,use rate and the defined daily dose reduced to 18.84％,10.28％ and 0.15％,respectively.The amount of money increased to 9.3％.Conclusion Some level of efficacy for rational use of antimicrobial drugs has been achieved by the special campaign.There are some problems in rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
