Chemotherapy is one of the most important ways for treating malignant tumors,but it can induce renal disfunction.It is very important to monitor the renal function after chemotherapy,identify and remove the risk factors for improving the prognosis of patients with renal function injury caused by chemotherapy.In clinical,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine clearance rate are commonly used to monitor the condition of patients' renal funtion,but they can not sensitively detect the early renal damage induced by chemotherapy.In recent years,taking serum cystatin C as a sensitivity index to assess the renal function has received more and more attentions.In this paper,the research about the advances of cystatin C in monitoring chemotherapy induced renal injury were reviewed.%化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要方法之一,但恶性肿瘤患者化疗后常面临肾功能损伤的风险.因此化疗后严密监测患者的肾功能变化,早期识别、去除危险因素并积极干预,对改善化疗所致肾功能损伤患者的预后非常重要.临床上常用血清肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率等指标监测化疗后肾功能的变化,但这些指标在反映早期肾功能损伤时敏感度较低.近年来,血清胱抑素C作为评估肾功能变化的敏感性指标越来越受到关注,本文就Cys C监测化疗所致肾功能损伤的研究进展进行综述.
