注射用丹参多酚酸盐与其他药物配伍禁忌分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the incompatibility of savianolate injection.Methods Literatures in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Database from January 1 2004 to September 30 2014 were retrieved taking " salvianolate"," salvianolate and compatibility" as search strategy.The incompatible drugs and location,the results of compatibility were recorded.Results A total of 30 relevant literatures were retrieved,and 21 literatures were finally enrolled after rejecting the repeated and ambiguous reports.Totally 18 kinds of drugs existed compatibility with salvianolate,including 7 kinds of cardiovascular drugs,4 kinds of digestive system drugs,7 kinds of antimicrobial drugs.Incompatibility occurred in solvent in 1 case,in compatibility experiments in 1 cases,in direct injection of other drugs from the Murphy tube or infusion tube in 2 cases,and in sequential infusion using the same infusion apparatus in 10 cases.Discoloring or muddy were the main performance of incompatibility.Conclusion Salvianolate injection is incompatible with a variety of drugs,other drugs or empty liquid should be used between administration of incompatible drugs for washing out the remaining drug to avoid the reaction.%目的 分析注射用丹参多酚酸盐与其他药物的配伍禁忌.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据,以丹参多酚酸盐、丹参多酚酸盐并配伍禁忌为关键词.检索限定时间为2004年1月1日至2014年9月30日.逐篇阅读所选中的文献并记录与丹参多酚酸盐发生配伍禁忌的药物名称、发生配伍禁忌的部位、配伍结果等.结果 共检出30篇文献,剔除重复报道以及表述含糊的文献,有效文献共21篇.共18种药物与丹参多酚酸盐存在配伍禁忌,其中心脑血管药物7种、消化系统药物4种、抗病原微生物药物7种.配伍禁忌发生于同一溶媒中配伍1例;发生于配伍实验时1例;发生于静脉滴注时自茂菲氏管或输液管直接推注其他药物2例;发生于使用同一输液器序贯再输入时18例.主要表现为茂菲氏管或输液管出现变色或混浊.结论 注射用丹参多酚酸盐与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,临床应用时应在2组液体之间加输其他药物或用空液冲净输液管内的残余药物,以免发生反应.
