体外心脏震波治疗缺血性心脏病的作用及机制研究进展

摘要

体外心脏震波治疗(CSWT)是一项新型的促心脏血管再生疗法,国内外多项研究证明,其能通过多种机制改善缺血性心脏病患者的心功能、提高患者的生活质量.现本文就CSWT对缺血性心脏病的治疗效果及其作用机制做一综述,为其以后临床运用和推广提供依据.%Extracoroporeal cardiac shock wave therapy (CSWT) is a new type of cardiac angiogenesis therapy.Recent researches have proved its multiple mechanisms of improving heart function and quality of life in patients with ischemic heart disease.This paper reviewed the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of CSWT in treatment of ischemic heart disease.
