西安地区二级医院抗菌药物管理效果的逼近理想解排序法评价

摘要

目的 探讨逼近理想解排序法在抗菌药物管理效果综合评价中的应用,以期为抗菌药物的科学管理提供依据.方法 使用逼近理想解排序法,纳入7项抗菌药物管理客观指标,对2012-2016年西安地区43家二级医院抗菌药物管理工作成效做出综合评价.结果 通过逼近理想解排序法得到2012-2016年间的管理效果排名情况,2016年度最优(Ci =0.718 2),2012年最差(Ci =0.285 4),2014年出现过倒退(Ci=0.300 0).结论 西安地区43家二级医院抗菌药物管理工作在逐步优化,但在2014年出现过松懈.该地区二级医院应建立抗菌药物管理的长效机制,实现抗菌药物管理常态化.逼近理想解排序法评价抗菌药物管理效果,方法简单、结果客观,研究结果可作为管理决策的参考依据.%Objective To explore the value of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method in quality evaluation of antimicrobial agents management and to provide evidence for antimicrobial drug use.Methods Quality of antimicrobial management of 43 secondary hospitals in Xi'an city was evaluated by TOPSIS method from 2012 to 2016,and 7 indicators of antimicrobial management were included.Results Quality of antibacterial management increased from 2012 (Ci =0.285 4) to 2016 (C i =0.718 2);while there was a regressive step in 2014 (Ci =0.300 0).Conclusion TOPSIS method is valuable in evaluating quality of antibacterial management.
