一种简便快速的止血方法在剖宫产大出血中应用研究

摘要

Objective To seek a simple and rapid hemostasis method to reduce hemorrhage in cesarean section and gain time for the treatment of massive hemorrhage. Methods 126 cases of patients with massive hemorrhage in cesarean section in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2004 were analyzed.Seventy-two patients treated with routine hemostasis method after the uterine blood supply was blocked with rubber tube tourniquet were studied as research group.And 54 cases treated with routine hemostasis method were studied as control group.The hemostasis effects and blood loss of two groups were compared. Results All the two groups were rescued successfully.The hemostasis speed of the research group was faster than the control group.The blood loss of the research group was less. And the hemostasis effect of the research group was better. Conclusion The rubber tube tourniquet can quickly stop the massive hemorrhage in cesarean section, of which the operation is simple with no side effect. It can save time for the rescue and reduce intraoperative blood loss and the mortality rate of postpartum haemorrhage, which is worthy of promotion, especially in the rural primary medical institutions.%目的：寻求一种简便、快速的止血方法，减少剖宫产术中出血，为大出血救治赢得时间。方法我院2004年1月～2012年12月剖宫产术中发生大出血病例126例，应用橡皮管止血带，阻断子宫血供后，再行常规止血处理72例，为研究组。只进行常规止血处理54例，为对照组。两组止血效果和出血量进行比较。结果两组病例均抢救成功，研究组止血迅速，出血量少于对照组，止血效果优于对照组。结论橡皮管止血带应用于剖宫产术中大出血的救治，止血迅速，操作简单、无副作用，能为抢救赢得时间，可减少术中出血量，降低产后出血的死亡率，值得推广，特别是边远基层医疗机构。
