我院针对内科系统发生医院内感染的控制成效

摘要

目的:有效控制冬季内科系统医院内感染发生的较高状态,防止暴发,保证患者住院安全、减少痛苦.方法:加强管理,规范医疗行为,进行住院患者现患率调查和出院患者病历回顾性调查,及时统计分析,及时发现医院内感染发生情况,及时有效控制.结果:横断面调查住院患者现患率,2010年11月15日和12月15日分别调查当日患者157、211人,发生感染人数分别12人和16人,现患率分别7.64%、7.58%.控制后2011年1月15日调查当日住院患者202人,发生感染4人,现患率1.98%.回顾性调查2010年11月和12月当月出院患者病历分别715份、779份,分别感染病历56份、62份,感染发生率分别为7.83%、7.96%,控制后2011年1月份调查当月出院患者病历770份,发现感染病历13份,感染率为1.71%.结论:缓解住院环境紧张、整合护理人力资源、严格执行操作规程、认真落实消毒隔离制度、严格遵守抗菌药物使用征等,有效缓解了内科系统医院感染的发生.%Objective: To effectively control the frequent occurrence of nosocomial infection in internal medicine system in winter and prevent the outbreak in order to ensure the hospitalized safety and reduce pain of patients. Methods: Management was strengthened and medical practices were standardized. The prevalence rate of hospitalized patients and the medical records of discharged patients were investigated and analyzed timely for prompt detection and effective control of nosocomial infection. Results: For cross section research of the prevalence rate of hospitalized patients, on the November 15, 2010 and December 15, 2010, 157 and 211 patients of that day were investigated, of which 12 and 16 patients were infected respectively, with the prevalence rate of 7.64% and 7.58% respectively. After control, on the January 15, 2011, 202 hospitalized patients of that day were investigated, of which 4 patients were infected, with the prevalence rate of 1.98%. For retrospective research, in November and December 2010, 715 and 779 copies of medical records of discharged patients of were investigated respectively, of which 56 and 62 copies had infection respectively, with the prevalence rate of 7.83% and 7.96% respectively. After control, in January 2011, 770 copies of medical records of that month were investigated, of which 13 copies had infection, with the prevalence rate of 1.71%. Conclusion: Tension remission of hospital environment, integration of nursing human resources, strictness of operation rules, serious implementation of disinfection segregation system, strict indications of antimicrobial drugs use and other measures have effectively reduced nosocomial infection in internal medicine system.
