Objective: To investigate the effects of the evidence-based nursing method in reducing the perioperative complications of peritoneal dialysis. Methods: The evidence-based thinking method was used in the perioperative complications of 102 patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter intubation, the cause analysis was performed, the problems were raised, and data and literature related to the problems were looked up. By seeking solid evidence, the optimal nursing strategy was developed, and then the effects were observed. Results: 102 patients of the group were successfully intubated, of whom 99 had favorable postoperative wound healing; 98 patients had no exit infection, of whom 96 had clear, non-dis -placed and unobstructed peritoneal dialysis catheter; in spite of 1 patient having unsolved obstruction who dropped out of peritoneal dialysis, other complications were timely resolved; 101 patients initiatively cooperated in the dialysis treatment and the patient satisfaction reached up to 99%. Effective nursing intervention measures were taken to evaluate the practicality of intervention effects. Conclusion: Application of evidence-based nursing in the clinical peritoneal dialysis reduces the incidence of complications, improves patient satisfaction and promotes quality of nursing. It can also develop critical thinking of the nurses and improve problem-solving abilities and work efficiency of them.%目的:探讨循证护理方法在减少腹膜透析围术期并发症中的效果.方法:运用循证思维方法对102 例腹膜透析置管患者在围术期并发症方面进行原因分析,提出问题,针对问题查阅相关资料和文献,寻求实证,制订最佳护理方案,并观察其效果.结果:本组102 例患者,插管均顺利,术后伤口愈合良好99 例;出口无感染98 例,腹透管通畅无移位、无阻塞96 例;除1 例阻塞未解决,退出腹膜透析外,其他并发症及时给予解决;主动配合透析治疗101 例,患者满意度达99%.采取有效的护理干预措施,评价干预效果确实可行.结论:循证护理方法在腹膜透析临床应用中减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者满意度,提升了护理质量;可以培养护士的评判性思维,提高护士解决问题的能力和工作效率.
