考核及奖励制度在医院感染管理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss the formulation and implementation effects of evaluation and reward system in hospital infection management, and improve the quality and level of hospital infection management, enhance medical staffs' knowledge of hospital infection prevention and control. Methods: Detailed quality evaluation rules of hospital infection management and reward system were formulated. The evaluation contents included hospital infection quality score, etiology submission rate, training participation rate, rational use of antibiotics, published papers related to hospital infection, medical safety and other projects. The evaluation was performed on a regular basis. Departments and individuals having done well in hospital infection work were rewarded and praised. Results: From 2007 to 2010, the hospital infection incidence rate dropped from 1.45% to 0.97%, with no outbreak of hospital infection. The medical staffs' knowledge of hospital infection management improved significantly. Conclusion: This evaluation and reward system has improved the process system of hospital infection management and is operable. It has driven the hospital infection management to standardization, normalization, systematization, and significantly improved the quality of hospital infection management. Therefore medical safety and quality have been effectively guaranteed.%目的:探讨医院感染管理中考核及奖励制度的制定及实施效果,提高医院感染管理的质量和水平,增强医务人员对医院感染防控工作的认识.方法:制定医院感染管理质量考核细则及奖励制度,考核内容包括院感质量评分、病原学送检率、培训参学率、合理使用抗生素、与院感相关的论文发表、医疗安全等项目.定期评比考核,对院感工作做的好的科室及个人进行奖励及表扬.结果:2007~2010年医院感染的发生率由1.45%下降至0.97%,未发生医院感染爆发流行,医务人员对医院感染管理的认识明显提高.结论:本考核及奖励制度完善了医院感染管理流程体系,可操作性强,使医院感染管理做到了标准化、规范化、系统化,医院感染管理质量明显提高,医疗安全质量得到了有效保障.
