To review and retrospectively analyze the senile pancreatic cancer's clinical manifestations, causes for misdiagnosis, treatment process, as well as diagnosis and treatment in early stage. Methods: Retrospective analysis which were based on clinical cases from multiple hospitals and time periods were carried out. Results: Pancreatic cancer had no particular symptoms at early stage, so misdiagnosis occurred in almost all clinical cases at different times, which di -rectly affected the treatment method, treatment outcome and survivorship. Conclusion: Pancreatic cancer does not cause obvious symptoms in the early stage and has no distinctive clinical manifestation. Doctors must be highly aware of the pos -sibilities.%目的:回顾性分析老年人胰腺癌临床表现,延误诊治的原因,诊治过程及转归,探讨早期发现、诊断和治疗的正确方法.方法:采用多医院长时间大宗病例回顾性荟萃分析.结果:胰腺癌早期症状不明显,几乎所有病例均存在不同时间的误诊期,从而直接影响到治疗方法、治疗效果和生存时间.结论:胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期临床表现不明显,症状无特异性,应引起临床医生高度警惕.
